For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to take unlawful actions
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations
To infringe upon intellectual property rights
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload viruses or malicious code
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by removing the bot from your Discord servers.
In no event shall ShadowCord, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
